Get Ready to Use 1st Call with these Basics:

1st Call Numbers: (800) 423-1482 or (818) 562-5562 or (323) 874-1547

Your First Entertainment Account Number:
Displayed in the upper right hand corner on the first page of your monthly statement (excluding leading zeros) and also on your First Entertainment membership ID card.

Your Access Code:
Call the credit union for your initial access code; then, once you begin to use 1st Call, you will have the option to choose a custom access code by selecting service code 96.

Your Share ID Numbers:
Specify which Savings, Checking, or Loan account you wish to access by entering the appropriate Share or Loan ID number(s). Check your statement or ask your First Entertainment representative for a listing of your Share ID numbers.

Changing from "Menu" (First-Time) User to "Expert" User
As a first-time or beginning user, you may find it easier to use the "Menu" mode, in which 1st Call reads you a list of available functions. Later, you may prefer to advance to the "Expert" mode for practiced users, In this mode, 1st Call will ask you to enter a service code. Refer to your service codes, then enter the appropriate service code for the transaction you want.

To advance from Menu to Expert mode, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your account number and access code followed by the # symbol.
  2. From the main menu, choose option 7 for Additional Options.
  3. Choose option 3 to "Change Preferences."
  4. Choose option 2 to change to "Expert" mode.
  5. To accept this preference change, enter #1 and you will be advanced to the Expert mode. You will then be asked to enter a "Service Code." See our list of Expert Mode Service Codes.

Performing Transactions in the Expert Mode
Call one of the 1st Call numbers in your area. Enter your account number, access code and press the # symbol. Enter a service code and press the # symbol. Complete your transaction as instructed. To end your call, enter 99 and the # symbol when prompted for a service code.

Menu (First-Time) User
This mode is designed for the first-time user. Simply call the 1st Call number in your area, and you will be guided through each transaction in the following manner:

1st Call: "Hello! Welcome to 1st Call. First Entertainment's 24-hour electronic teller. Please enter your account number and access code, followed by the # symbol."
Enter your First Entertainment account number followed immediately by your access code and # symbol.

1st Call: "Main Menu"
"For balance inquiries, press 1."
"For history inquiries, press 2."
"For withdrawals, press 3."
"For transfers, press 4."
"For checking information, press 5."
"For loan information, press 6."
"For additional options, press 7."
"To end this call, press *"

Select and enter an option (from the listing provided by 1st Call's voice prompt) and follow the instructions given by 1st Call. When you have finished your transactions, you may end the call by pressing the * symbol.
